1. Information we collect
Account information (name, email, phone), the name and Page Access Token of connected Facebook Pages, and messages received on your Page that are needed to generate AI replies.
2. How we use it
Only to reply to your customers automatically, store orders and improve the service. We never sell your or your customers' data.
3. Third parties
Messages are sent to an AI provider (e.g. OpenAI/Anthropic) to generate replies. Payments are processed by bKash, Nagad and SSLCommerz.
4. Security
Access tokens and API keys are stored encrypted and all connections use HTTPS.
5. Data deletion
You can request deletion at any time by disconnecting your Page or emailing support. Facebook users can also use our Data Deletion page.
